DMC has re-designed the Force-4 Twin to utilize a range of quick change ?Power Tune? inserts. These Power Tune inserts are ?Reversion Cones? that can be easily changed in minutes to tune the exhaust system for your specific engine configuration or changing track conditions.
In simple terms this allows you to alter where in the RPM range the power is maximized. Need increased horsepower output above the engine?s torque peak, no problem. Need increased horsepower output below the engine?s torque peak, no problem. DMC even offers ?Blank? inserts so you can create your own custom design if necessary! The DMC FORCE-4 megaphone system produces maximum force (horsepower/torque) to accelerate your modified Raptor 700 harder than any other exhaust system on the market.
Like the 2-stroke pulse chamber, scavenging is maximized with the twin megaphones, delivering maximum engine efficiency. The reverse cone of a megaphone ?times? the negative wave pulse reflection to correspond with the period of valve overlap. This low pressure helps to pull in a fresh intake charge while the intake valve is opening, This low pressure also helps to remove the remaining exhaust gases before the exhaust valve closes.
The only thing that a modified Raptor using this system will not pass is a 96db sound test.
This is a true bolt on system and fits all 06-14 Raptor 700 models with no cutting, bending or hacking involved. The DMC Force-4 is produced using 100% Stainless Steel headers and megaphone construction. Large diameter max-flow individual headers are easy to install and mount on each side of the Raptor, with the entire system tucking neatly inside the frame rails.
Extruded and hard-anodized twin aluminum mufflers sport stainless steel inlets and outlets and are easy to repack with high temp muffler-packing cartridges. Each system also includes black anodized alloy heat shields, precision laser cut Stainless Steel flanges, and USDA approved Spark arrestors.

It's specifically mapped to work in conjunction with your DMC Twin Exhaust to deliver every ounce of torque and horsepower in a smooth and responsive power curve. It's fully adjustable with three simple buttons on the faceplate to adjust the fuel curve richer or leaner in each area of the map. Advanced engineering eliminates the need for complicated computer programs or interfaces. Everything is controlled directly on the EFI Control Module.
