Special Services

We provide several repair and service options for your DMC Exhaust. Please note, you MUST be issued an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before sending any item for service. Items received without a proper RMA# will be refused.


1) Send an email to us and explain the problem or service request you're needing help with. Send your email request to:

2) We will attempt to evaluate the problem via email. Once we determine the problem and possible solution, we will email you with an RMA#.

3) You will return the exhaust, component, or other item with your RMA# clearly labeled on the outside of the package.

4) We receive the item, perform a detailed inspection, and evaluate the service needed. If any repair or service is determined to fall outside of warranty coverage, we will email you with details and cost to provide the service or repair.


? Nobody likes surprises, so no repair is automatically completed or charged to a credit card until we've communicated with you, explained any potential costs, and received your approval for billing. Any credit card information we capture is held and processed manually after we determine actual costs (if applicable) and communicated with you and received your approval for such service costs.

? Issuance of an RMA# does NOT guarantee service or that any required service is covered under warranty.

? If it is determined that the required service or repair is warranty related, you must provide proof of purchase that falls within the one-year warranty coverage.

? If it is determined that the service needed is a result of abuse, improper installation, or improper jetting, customer assumes all costs of repair.

? DMC will pay for return shipping on domestic orders only.

? Return shipping costs for international service requests will be determined in advance and emailed to you.
